Mahfoozur Rahman, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in
the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Faculty
of Health Science, Sam Higginbottom University of
Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS), Allahabad, India. His
major areas of research interest include development and characterization
of nanosized drug delivery systems for inflammatory disorders, including
psoriasis, arthritis, neurodegenerative disorders, cancer, etc. In addition, he
is also working on amalgamation of herbal medicinal plants with modern
therapeutics in order to deliver scientifically acceptable therapies for various
diseases management. To date he has published over 130 publications in
peer-reviewed journals, such as Seminar in Cancer Biology, Drug Discovery
Today, Nanomedicine, etc. He has also published 40 book chapters, five
international books, and three articles in international journals. Overall,
he has earned highly impressive publishing and citation record in Google
Scholar (H-index of 28 and total citation over 2000 to date). Dr. Rahman has
received travel grants from various international congresses, such as IAPRD,
MDS, Nano Today Conference, KSN 2019, etc. He is also serving as an
editorial board member and guest editor for several journals.

field of pharmaceutics and biopharmaceutics, especially in the development
of novel and nanostructured drug delivery systems using Quality-by-Design
paradigms. Before joining Jamia Hamdard, Dr. Beg worked as a Research
Scientist at Jubilant Generics Limited, Noida, India. He has authored over
150 publications, 48 book chapters, 10 books, three Indian patent applications and served as a guest editors of several international journals. He has a
Google Scholar H-Index of 26 and over 2800 citations to his credit.

Saudi Arabia. Dr. Zamzami joined the KAU family in 2002 as a Lecturer in
Biochemistry in the Faculty of Health Sciences. Previously, Dr. Zamzami
directed the Serology Department as well as worked as a senior laboratory
technician in the Clinical Biochemistry Department at Al-Thagher Hospital,
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for approximately five years. His clinical research
interest is in the molecular basis of disease, particularly nucleotide metabolic
diseases, and pharmacogenetics. He has several published articles and has

research (DSR) of King Abdulaziz University. He has contributed more than
