2. Для объединения этих усилий Стороны договорились сотрудничать по направлениям, определяемым соответствующими приложениями к настоящему соглашению, подписанными уполномоченными на основании доверенности лицами, которые являются его неотъемлемой частью,
втом числе по направлениям в сфере:
2.1.образования;
2.2.повышения квалификации преподавателей и их стажировки;
2.3.обмена научнопедагогическими кадрами;
2.4.обмена опытом работы и информацией по методикам обучения;
2.5.содействия в приобретении учебных и учебно-методических материалов;
2.6.реализации совместных научно-исследовательских проектов
вобласти информатики, радиоэлектроники, приборостроения и т.д.;
2.7.совместного участия в проектах для получения грантов;
2.8.содействия в проведении совместных научно-практических конференций, семинаров, инновационных выставок, тематических симпозиумов и т.д.
3.Настоящее соглашение является предпосылкой для заключения, в случае если Стороны сочтут это необходимым, конкретных договоров (на возмездное оказание услуг, безвозмездного пользования и т.п.).
2. In order to combine these efforts the parties have agreed to cooperate under the directions according to the corresponding applications to this agreement signed by authorized persons, being the essential part of this agreement in particular under the directions in the sphere of:
2.1education;
2.2practical trainings and professional development;
2.3exchange of scientificpedagogical staff members;
2.4work experience and teaching methods exchange;
2.5assistance in acquiring educational and training materials;
2.6realization of joint research projects in the sphere of computer science, electronics, instrumentation, etc.;
2.7joint participation in projects for grants receiving;
2.8assistance in organization of joint scientific conferences, seminars, innovative exhibitions, thematic workshops, etc.
3.This Agreement is intended to be the base for conclusion of additional agreements (Paid services agreements, agreements for uncompensated use, etc.)

4. Действие настоящего Соглашения начинается с момента его подписания Сторонами и распространяется на неопределенное время. Оно может быть изменено или дополнено по взаимному согласию Сторон. Каждая из Сторон имеет право прекратить действие настоящего Соглашения путём письменного уведомления другой Стороны об этом за 10 дней.
5.Право, подлежащее применению к гражданско-правовым отношениям, вытекающим из настоящего соглашения, определяется на основании международных договоров Российской Федерации, Гражданского кодекса РФ и других законов и обычаев, признаваемых в Российской Федерации.
6.Настоящее соглашение не
налагает на подписавшие его Стороны ни финансовых, ни правовых обязательств и составлено в двух экземплярах, имеющих равную юридическую силу, по одному экземпляру для каждой из Сторон.

4.This Agreement is valid upon its signing by the Parties indefinitely. It may be amended or supplemented by mutual agreement. Each Party has the right to terminate this Agreement by written notice to the other party for
10days.
5.The law applicable to the civil law relations arising from this Agreement determines on the basis of international treaties of the Russian Federation Civil Code of the Russian Federation and other laws recognized in the Russian Federation.
6.This agreement does not oblige the signatory parties of any financial or legal obligations and is made in two copies having equal legal force, one copy for each party.
