IX. Pseudopapilla
A 20-degree tomography of pseudopapilla is shown in Fig. 17.45, which contains both discs (the papilla and the pseudopapilla) [71]. In Fig. 17.46 both discs are displayed separately, in two 10-degree field examinations (the real optic disc is at the top of the image and pseudopapilla is at the bottom). The main features of pseudopapilla are described in Fig. 17.47.

Case 2:
Congenital Glaucoma Type I (Unilateral)
35 years of follow up
This child was treated until 5 months for dacryocystitis. At 10 months, the right eye was seen to be much larger and 5 days later corneal edema appeared in this eye. Nonetheless, it was not operated until the age of 1 year and 8 months (Figs. 17.53, 17.54, 17.55, 17.56, 17.57, 17.58).
The fact that the parents waited 1 year and 3 months to decide to operate the right eye and that the glaucoma in the left eye appeared later gave rise in the first eye to glaucoma alterations of the optic nerve and the visual field and a reduction in visual acuity of 20/80.
