The "star" method involves connecting the same terminals of the windings (the beginnings or ends of the windings) to one (zero) point.
The "triangle" connection is performed according to the scheme: the end of the first winding is connected to the beginning of the second, the end of the second to the beginning of the third, and the end of the third to the beginning of the first.
