Great Britain
Easter in England is a family holiday. Traditionally, lamb is baked with vegetables, a special Easter cake is baked, the table is decorated with colored painted eggs. For Easter breakfast, as a rule, special cross buns with the image of a cross on them are served. Different English counties have their own customs.
In Radley, Oxford County, the parishioners have a different custom. At Easter, they "embrace" their church literally. They stand around the temple, hold hands and form one huge embrace.
In English schools, Easter holidays are just coming at this time, and everything is drowned in spring flowers.
Italy
On Easter Sunday, thousands of people gather in the main square of Rome to hear the Pope's congratulations.
Sweden
In Sweden, it is believed that all evil spirits take to the streets of the city on the Easter holiday, so the main tradition among the Swedes is to build bonfires designed to scare away all evil spirits.
Children, on a festive day, dress up in the outfits of witches and sorcerers and go home demanding sweets.
On Easter day, Swedes also celebrate the arrival of spring and decorate their homes with a variety of colorful flowers and toys in the form of chickens.

Australia
In Australia, as elsewhere in the world, Easter eggs are very popular – made of chocolate or sugar. But the symbol of this holiday is not the traditional Easter bunny, but the local animal bilby. First of all, because the rabbit destroys farmers' crops, tears up the land and destroys its small inhabitants. And Australians value their flora and fauna. The Australians' Easter menu consists of roast lamb, beef or chicken with fried vegetables. For dessert, a traditional sweet Australian Easter dish is served - a meringue cake decorated with fruits: kiwi, strawberries, pineapples, and tangerines. Sweet hot buns are very popular, which Australians eat for breakfast on Easter morning before going to church.
Mexico
Mexican villages celebrate the mega-holiday of Christmas. The passion to play this Easter game appeared among the inhabitants of Mexico a long time ago. After a devastating cholera epidemic in the winter of eighteen thirty- three years, a handful of those who survived decided to hold a game: "Say thank you." The game is a theatrical representation of the last days of Christ's life. The game begins with the Last Supper, then betrayal, sentencing, procession to the Cross, Crucifixion, and finally Resurrection. For this production, the participants make costumes and prepare for their role almost all year. The game is one of the most famous Easter events in Mexico, the holiday attracts more than 1 million visitors a year.
Greece
Easter is the most important holiday of the year. Although Greece is an Orthodox country, Easter is celebrated there together with Catholics. Painted eggs are everywhere. Moreover, the red color of the egg is a symbol of sorrow in Greece, so the red eggs symbolize the blood and the tomb of Christ. The split shell and the breaking of the egg is also symbolic and implies the opening of the tomb and the resurrection of Jesus. Traditionally, children are given white eggs, because children still have everything ahead of them, their life path is not "colored" and is not defined. But elderly people receive dark-colored eggs with complex paintings as a gift, because they have already passed their way.
