ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ

Несмотря на некоторую чисто внешнюю сложность, система инфекционного контроля, вполне приемлема для лечебно-профилактических учреждений Украины, что подтверждает опыт Одесской областной клинической больницы.

Теоретические основы этой системы практически полностью соответствуют положениям отечественной науки о необходимости противоэпидемических мероприятий для профилактики госпитальных инфекций и послеоперационных гнойно-септических осложнений.

Применение системы инфекционного контроля в наших условиях не требует существенных затрат и экономически вполне оправдано, так как ведет к сокращению числа ВБИ, длительности пребывания пациентов в стационаре, к снижению стоимости лечения.

Издание настоящей монографии преследует цель широкого ознакомления работников здравоохранения Украины с необходимостью внедрения опыта применения высокоэффективных программ борьбы с ВБИ в наших лечебнопрофилактических учреждениях.
