Выводы
1.We have received an evident and statistically significant improvement in hemodynamics, oxygenation, marked decrease of endotoxemia in the Adsorber Group Therapy with Alteco LPS adsorption technology in comparison to the conventional therapy alone.
2.The clinical course following the treatment was favorable and may in part be attributed to the removal of endotoxin from the systemic circulation.
3.28-day mortality was 16,7% in stady group and 66,7% in control group. Negative effects from Alteco LPS therapy were not registrated.
4.Survival rate exceeded 45 days.
5.Our experience with the clinical application of the Alteco LPS adsorption technology may suggest that it is reasonable to include this method of extracorporeal therapy in the complex
intensive treatment of sepsis.
