CURRICULUM VITAE

Eveline Ramaekers (1985) studied law at the European Law School, Maastricht University (LL.B., LL.M. cum laude). She subsequently held a post as PhD researcher in Maastricht, during which time she spent several months as a visiting researcher and lecturer in Münster, Stellenbosch, and at the China-EU School of Law in Beijing. She has published on European developments in property law and is at present researching the relationship between EU law and private international law, particularly in relation to property law. She co-founded the Young Property Lawyers Forum, a network for young property law researchers, which has organized four international conferences and published its collected essays in two volumes of Property Law Perspectives. Since the completion of her doctoral thesis, Eveline has held a post as Fellow and Tutor in Law at Wadham College, Oxford, where apart from doing research she teaches EU law and English land and trust law.
