Abstract. The origins of the development of project-oriented management in Russia are considered. It is shown that it arose in the bowels of the Russian army that was being formed. As the economic development of the country began to arise quite complex tasks that could not be solved within the framework of traditional management approaches. The most typical example of the application of elements of control technology can be seen in the course of the implementation of the megaproject on the revival of the Russian navy, in particular the design and construction of radically new ships. In the process of performing work on such a large-scale project, there were not created any new management structures: all management issues were resolved within the existing ones. This experience is also valuable in that it shows the possibility of implementing project approaches within the existing management hierarchy.

Abstract: The article presents a game-theoretical model of management in a construction organization with account of corruption. In this case, it is taken into account that only two elements of this chain are subject to corruption - the performer (agent) and the ward (client). Naturally, the interests of the participants are contradictory. In a number of special cases, it was possible to obtain a complete solution depending on the structural and numerical parameters of the model. In more complex cases, a numerical study based on planning and conducting computational experiments with models was carried out.
