Abstract. The article is devoted to the procedure of introducing a new system of personnel development on the basis of the established corporate training center. The basic organization for the study was the production complex, leading in the furniture market in Russia, LLC PC "Angstrom". During the analysis of the enterprise, weaknesses in the existing system of personnel development of the enterprise were identified, and then a set of measures was developed to solve the existing problems by creating a corporate training center.
