Вывод: http://cordis.europa.eu, удобный ресурс для поиска европейских проектов. Если построить количество проектов в котором принимала участия Россия , то видно что максимум приходится на 2012 год, но если судить по стоимости проектов то здесь лучшим будет 2013 год.
