2.4 General requirements for the amr system

The technical means of AMR for industrial enterprises can include:

a) measuring current and voltage transformers (ТТ) and voltage (ТН);

b) electronic energy meters with a digital interface for automated metering systems for commercial accounting, as well as electronic and inductive counters with pulse outputs for automated metering systems;

c) devices for data collection and transmission (USPD);

d) means of telecommunications between the objects of AMR and the Centers for Information Acquisition and Processing;

e) computational means for information processing of the Centers for Information Acquisition and Processing (ASKUE) (servers, workstations, individual computers).

ASKUE commercial accounting company must work in real time and automatically transfer (take) the accounting data and service information in the automated information management system power supply and (or) energy sales organization. The collection of measurement and metering data must be done in the AMRMS of commercial accounting only via a digital interface with the help of the USPD and/or communication devices meeting the regulatory and technical requirements adopted in the Republic of Belarus.

The system of commercial accounting shall read, transmit through communication channels and place the following information in the database of the power supply and (or) energy sales organization:

1 Half-hour values of active and reactive power in both directions.

2 Total, per day, per month values of active and reactive energy of both directions by tariff zones at the time of reading (in ascending order), fixing the date and time of reading.

3 The values ​​of active and reactive energy of both directions by tariff zones at the end of the day and at the end of the month.

4 Values ​​of currents, voltages, frequency (if necessary).

AMRMS of commercial accounting should ensure the synchronization of time in all counters that are part of the system. The system of commercial accounting should provide an opportunity in real time to access any counter registered in the system to read the necessary data without using any additional equipment / programs at its workplace. The controlling personnel of the system having the authority to allow in the mode of direct access to view the parameterization data, and, if necessary, to allow the parameterization of the counter.

2.5 Review of existing amr

Matrix software: The distinctive features of the AMR system based on Matrix AMM software in comparison with its predecessors are:

1 Supports two modern technologies: PLC (SFSK) and wireless Zig-Bee compliant communication standard IEEE802.15.4 for the exchange of data between meters and data collection devices (DRC), which allows for 100% data collection with relatively little financial and labor costs.

6 Providing data verification and storage in raw form at several levels of the software complex (level 1 - meters, 2 level - USPD, 3rd level - DBMS server).
