1.2 Enterprise Information System

Automated system of the branch «Energosbyt» of the regional power network (AS «Energosbyt») is intended for automation of settlements for electricity with subscribers-organizations in the department of the branch «Energosbyt» of the regional power network. AS «Energosbyt» is intended for those who want to switch to computer accounting for the first time in the branch «Energosbyt», and for those who want to update the obsolete operated program. AS «Energosbyt» will increase the efficiency of the branch «Energosbyt» due to the organization of functionally detached automated workplaces, will save time for subscribers and free employees from routine work.Functionally, AS «Energosbyt» allows:

- to create and maintain electronic cards of subscribers;

- to create and maintain electronic cards of electric power consumption accounting objects;

- edit (change) information about subscribers and objects with the subsequent automatic processing of the editorial office when billing is issued;

- to form and manage the «Editorial Journal»;

- input meter readings, values of installed capacity and contractual values of reactive energy;

- to receive and monitor readings from the e-book of the controller (the development of RUE «Minsk Power Grids» allows you to refuse punched cards and other paper recorders of meter readings), pocket PCs;

- to make monthly calculation of accounts for the electric power, formation of payment requirements and invoices;

- monitor the accuracy of billing;

- to form an account for payment to the cashier, taking into account arrears and penalties;

- create and maintain invoices and a sales book;

- keep records of payments for electricity;

- to form and maintain turnover-balance sheets of settlements with subscribers;

- provide operational information when working with debtors;

- to settle the arrears and penalties for submission to the arbitration court;

- calculate the sale for electricity supply;

- keep records of meter readings on feeders of Oblenergo and calculate electricity purchase;

- analyze the purchase and sale of electricity;

- determine the location and magnitude of electricity losses at various levels: feeder, subscriber, object;

- keep records of contractual values ​​of power consumption of subscribers, control their use, adjust depending on payment;

- Calculate the charges for exceeding contractual values ​​and generate payment documents;

- keep records of the limits approved by the budget for electricity consumption (in physical and monetary terms) and the calculation of the arrears of budgetary organizations, as well as to form the reporting;

- Initially form a database, based on existing databases in the branch «Energosbyt» of old programs.

1.3 Statement of the problem

When setting the goal of this diploma project the following tasks were set:

1 Study of analogues, automated systems and software modules.

2 Development and implementation of a proprietary software module for processing the data of the electricity meter.

3 Testing the developed software module for correctness of work and conformity to quality.

4 Development of practical skills in application of design standards, calculation procedures, technological instructions, standard projects, standards and other normative materials.

5 Application of modern computational-graphic and economic-mathematical methods, organizational, economic and social analysis, evaluation, comparison, selection and justification of proposed design solutions.

6 Self-fulfillment of structural, technological, organizational and economic calculations using economic-mathematical methods and modern information technologies.

7 Design of project materials (clear, clear, technically competent and qualitative literary presentation of the explanatory note and design of the graphic material of the project).
