WHAT MAKES A GOOD SOUVENIR?

On my desk at home, I have a collection of souvenirs; objects that

Caller: Hi! I'm looking for a double room for the 8^th of February. Do you have a room available?

Reception: Er... One moment, please... I'm just opening up the reservations screen. Mm... I'm sorry, we don't. We're fully booked the night.

Caller: Oh, that's too bad.

Caller: I'd like to book a double room for two nights... from Thursday the 14^th to Saturday the 16^th of February.
