Welcome to Moscow, the capital of Russia and the fourth largest city in the world. Its bright lights, great buildings and thoroughfares, the Moskva-river embankments, wonderful and often unique architectural monuments of the past, crowds of people on its streets, the buzz of the great city with the population of more than 12 million people can impress anybody. Muscovites are famous for their hospitality and do everything they can to help guests to acquaint themselves with the ancient but forever young city and to sense its warm and friendly atmosphere.
