The Infinitive.
Обычно после данных глаголов употребляется инфинитив
Agree, refuse, promise, threaten, offer, attempt, manage, fail, decide, plan, arrange, hope, appear, seem, pretend, afford, forget, learn, dare, tend. (Verb + to + infinitive)
*После dare, need инфинитив употребляется и с частичкой "to" и без. Однако в слабой форме глагола (со вспомогательным глаголом) инфинитив всегда употребляется c частицей "to".
