Informality.
Americans often do not like official and business style. They often wear no informal clothing. Teachers and students can wear jeans and T-shirts in institutions. In many large firms there is an informal style of clothing like Google.
This is also manifested in the manner of communication. They can say «Hi», «see you», «take it easy» for everyone.
Equality
it is important to understand what Americans mean when they say they believe in equality of opportunity. They do not mean that everyone is — or should be — equal. However, they do mean each individual should have an equal chance for success.

Future: They always have goals to the future. History doesn’t matter for them. They are less concern about traditional. Progress: a bad president can be voted out; a bad doctor can be taken to court. There is always a way.

Success: The American dream: to start with nothing, to work hard and then make a fortune. Competition and free time: that made their country ‘the best in the world’. Competition is everywhere (compete with themselves). the competition brings out the best in any individual.
