Constantly held diagnostics interests and aptitudes of students, which activates the need of students to the knowledge of themselves, their capabilities, abilities, interests, stimulates the desire to work on themselves, engage in self-education and self-improvement and, ultimately, helps to ninth in the life, social and professional self-determination, personal development.

             This allows for the end of the test and as necessary to consult students. Results of the classes are analyzed and recommendations for acquisition profile of 10 classes, as well as on the use of individual technologies of training and organization of educational process.

3. Stages of implementation of the model 12-year education (8р)

The concept of a 12-year secondary education in the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Concept) is the basic document that reflects the purpose, objectives, principles of organization and direction of the system of secondary education in the country.

4. Education system management (8р)

Actions of the federal authorities and the education authorities, aimed at the identification and implementation of educational policies on the legal regulation of relations in the field of education, to develop and implement education development programs. It consists of six blocks of sequential tasks: a) analysis and evaluation of current educational practices; b) planning - development model and its optimal state system for its realization measures; c) documenting - preparation, adoption and execution of administrative decisions and regulations to ensure their implementation; g) the organization of coordinated activity of subjects involved in the implementation of tasks; d) To promote the successful resolution of emerging issues; financial and other support; e) control on the basis of feedback, ensuring the correction of the goals and ways of achieving them. Management and operation of the process of the development of education is carried out at various levels - federal, regional, local, institutional, each of which includes these functions as they relate to their specificity.
