During the period of pre-school age child gets acquainted with a lot of rules, regulations, warnings, demands. However, it is difficult to imagine the extent of their significance. Any common rule becomes effective regulator of human behavior only when it is awareness and acceptance of them. Nevertheless, it is necessary to allocate such rules of conduct that must perform strictly, since it affects their health and safety. These rules should be detailed to explain to children, and then watch their performance as security is not a lifestyle, and adequate behavior in unexpected situations.

        Education of safe behavior - a continuous, systematic and consistent process starting from an early age (foster parents), ongoing in pre-school system, school, etc. education.

Becoming a school course of computer science is associated not with the fashion for computers that are not computerized with prestigious educational institution, not a wide spread of computer technology and the conceptual stock of informatics as the natural sciences, the ability to form and skills, the totality of which constitutes the operating style of thinking. The task of formation of thinking of a generation of young people is treated as the most important objective of the computerization of education.
