ensure assimilation by students of knowledge of the system, determined by social and industrial needs;
the formation of a scientific world outlook, political, economic, legal, cultural, humanistic values and ideals, creative thinking, self-sufficiency in the completion of knowledge;
the satisfaction of national and cultural needs of the population, education of physically and morally healthy generation;
development of the youth conscious citizenship, human dignity, the desire to participate in a democratic government, the responsibility for their actions.
