The Present Indefinite (Simple) Tense

Характеристика

Exercise 1. Comment on the use of the Present Indefinite (the Present Simple) Tense in these sentences. Translate them.

1. I take a shower every morning. 2. The sun rises in the east and sets in the west. 3. She gets up at 7 o’clock from Monday to Saturday, but on Sunday she gets up at 11 o’clock. 4. George doesn’t like cats very much. 5. We don’t usually go away at weekends. 6. Does he like sugar in his tea? 7. Do vegetarians eat fish? 8. Mary’s neighbours are very noisy. 9. Exercise 14. Translate these sentences paying attention to the position of the adverbs.
