Mistakes when determining group accessory of a blood and measure of their prevention
The
mistakes arising when determining group accessory of a blood happen
two labors.
Errors
of the first sort
arise in case the agglutination test isn't considered where it
actually is or has to be.
It
can occur:
1)
when agglutination begins late or is poorly expressed at low activity
of reagent, or that erythrocytes of the studied person possess weak
specificity.
2)
at excess of a blood if too larger drop is taken.
3)
at high temperature (above +25o C) air, for example, in hot weather.
Errors
of the second sort
arise in case the agglutination test is considered where it isn't
present or shouldn't be. It can occur:
1)
when erythrocytes of an blood develop in "monetary columns"
which with the naked eye can be taken for agglyutinate.
2)
when the studied erythrocytes give a phenomenon auto-or
panagglutinations, when using of the infected sample of a blood of
the patient (it is taken in a dirty test tube).
3)
when and Serums don't shake a plate with an admixture of
erythrocytes.
