Урок 16 Итоговый контроль
Think of three things you would enjoy describing: people, places or objects.
Try to see them in a new way. Notice every detail. What makes them special?
Use all five senses: sight, touch, hearing, smell and taste. Use exact, forceful words.
Write down your story (100-120 words).
Example:
THE SEA
Most of us have swum in the sea. To my mind it’s a very romantic place for lovers. Young men and women sit on the beach and talk about life. What is special about it? The sea is wavy, sometimes calm, and sometimes angry.
How does it smell? It smells of fresh water, sand and wind. The waves are green and blue. Listen to the sea attentively. It sings:”Splash – splush, splash – splush.” When we touch it, it’s wet and soft. The sea is salty. I don’t advise drinking salty water. After swimming it’s better to have a good shower and a glass of mineral water.
