Медсестра развивает отношения медсестра-клиент, в которых она является находчивым человеком, советчиком, заместителем. Когда больной ищет помощи, медсестра обсуждает причину проблемы и доступно объясняет обслуживание .По мере развития отношений медсестра-клиент , она помогает пациенту определить проблему и возможное решение.
