1. Приветствие и организационный момент начала урока:

Т: Good morning, children! I'm glad to see you again. Who is on duty today? Who is away today? Who is late today? What date is today? What day is it today? Are you ready for the lesson? How are you, Pi? Are you fine, P ₂? Are you OK, P₃?

Т: Fine, let's begin!

2. Речевая зарядка.

а) Т: We go to school every day a see a lot of trams, buses and cars in the streets. They run up and down the street and we must remember the rule. What rule? Let's remember the poem.

Trams and cars in our town

Run up and down-

Run up and down.

Stop! Look at the light!

First look to the left,

Second look to the right!

b) T: Thank you. Be always careful in the street! Our school is in.... Street, isn't it? Is it on the left or on right side of the road? What is on left? What is on the right? What is opposite our school? What is next to the school? What is between the school and,..? Do you go to school down or up the street?

3. Контроль домашнего задания.

Т: Well, you know where is your school and what is next to it. But when you are in a strange town you can ask the way. Do you remember how to do it politely? Use the map on Page 43 and read your dialogues with the words station and museum.

4. Развитие умений устной речи.

1. Т: Can you make up dialogues with the words bookshop, police station, dentist, supermarket and dramatise them?

2. Т: Very good. Let's play a game. You can read the rules of this game in Ex. 9 on Page 44.

Т: So, who wants go out? Pupils, you must help him (her) with the expressions: Go to the left! Go to the right! Turn right! Turn left! Go to the corner! Go to the blackboard (to the bookcase...) and so on.

5. Развитие умений восприятия речи на слух.

а) Т: I see you can help your friends well. And what about Agent ('ute? He always has problems. The doctor wants to help him to remember liis hometown. Let's listen to their talk. Look at the map on Page 44 and tick Cute's right answers.

Episode 1.

Cute: I need help, doctor. I don't remember my hometown. Doctor: Let's try together. How do you get to the station from your house?

Cute: Go up the street, turn left, go past the supermarket and it's on the corner.

Episode 2.

Doctor: How do you get to the museum from your house?

Cute: I go up the street, second - left and it's on the right side of the road.

Episode 3.

Cute: How do I get from the station to the hotel?

I go out of the station and turn left. The hotel is on the left side of the road.

T: What is Cute's right answer? (Учащиеся отвечают).

b) T: Listen again and correct Cute's mistakes.

(Учащиеся прослушивают диалоги ещё раз).

Т: Let's correct Cute's mistakes. Р_ь can you tell me how Cute can get to the station from his house? (Учащийся исправляет ошибку Кьюта).

Т: Рг, can you tell me how Cute can get from the station to the hotel?

(P₂ отвечает).

III. Заключительная часть

6. Подведение итогов урока. Домашнее задание.

Т: Thank you for your good work at the lesson. I am sure you can ask the way politely and you can explain the way when somebody needs help. Your marks are... Write down your homework, please. Do,Ex. A on Page 44 in your Textbooks. Answer the questions and be ready to dramatise your dialogues in class. Draw a plan.
