I. Hearing:

In his report Abilov N., the Head of the Staff informed about the activities which were done by the staff "SS" for the period beginning from September 2012 to September 2013. He analyzed the work of each member of "SS", revealed the disadvantages and imperfections in the work of the staff. He recommended necessary measures in order to improve the work of the staff "SS".

Announcements:

1. Turakulov F., monitor of the 2nd course, group ARCH-12-1, DA, reported on the work which was being carried out by the group and about the changes that occurred during the 2012/13 academic year. He offered to admit the work of «SS" for the reporting period as a satisfactory one.

2. Adylov A., chairman of the student hostel council, noted that the staff "SS" for the reporting period had made checking missions for the design of student hostel and rooms, observance of good hygiene standards.

3. Primov P., Deputy Secretary, committee of student youth of the Department of Architecture on scientific work reported in detail the educational work of "SS" among the students who have academic debts and absents from lessons without good reason. The staff "SS" has repeatedly called the monitors of the groups and activists to fight against academic debts and infringers of internal regulations of KazGASA.

Result:

1. The work of the Staff "SS» was admitted to be as a satisfactory one.

2. In order to improve the progress in studies at the Department of Architecture it is necessary to intensify staff’s work during the session and intercessional time.

II. Hearing:

Primov P., Deputy Secretary, committee of student youth of the Department of Architecture on scientific work reported on the preparations for upcoming contest "Miss KazGASA" for details on how to participate in the contest, selection rules for participants and time of its implementation.

Result:

1. to approve: Kabdrashidova Adi student from group ARCH 10-3 (general management ) is responsible for preparation for the contest "Miss KazGASA"; his deputies Nazarov K. student from group ARCH 10-4 is responsible for information support (announcement of the contest , advertisement at the department, article in the newspaper "Construction and Architecture "); Daurenbekov U. student from group ARCH 11-2 is responsible for organization and preparation of the musical activity of participants;
