The motel building has two slabs such as:
First floor slab
Second floor slab
First Floor Slab:
Thickness is 20cm
Length is 23.5cm
Width is 13.5cm
Second Slab
Thickness is 20cm
Length is 20cm
Width is 13.5c
The slab should have enough strength and durability to resist against imposed load, dead load and wind load

The motel building roof types is couple roof

For forming truss : steel
For roof cover : iron sheet
For nailing : nails scours
For connecting truss : welding
For making gutter: steel with U form

3.7.1 Plastering
Plaster surface
The motel plaster surface is located where there are no openings
Plaster materials
The motel building of NGOMA district should be plastered by those materials:
Cement
Sand
Water
Plaster coat:
External plaster : 3coat
Internal plaster : 2coat
The thickness plaster is 1cm each coat
Plaster ratio: 1:6
3.7.2 Pavement
Pavement surface
Ground floor pavement
Materials:
Cement
Sand
Water
Tiles and Stone(hard core)
The tiles materials are used for finishing on toilets surface (room) and other surface on ground floor are finished with the left materials as shown in figure bellow

Frame of windows is steel
Dimension of window for ground floor:
Height of window is1.6m
Length is 2m
Dimension for first and second floor

Lengths of window 2m in general have square frame

External Doors
The external doors need to be constructed on following materials panels with glasses
Internal doors
The internal doors of motel building are constructed in flush materials (flush doors)

- External: doors: 2.10 x 150cm
N.B: Garage Door has 210 to 200cm
-Internal doors: 2.10 x 80cm
