Hypertext
New stage in text evolution and communication and information technologies due to Cable revolution, Cyber revolution, Network revolution, Wireless revolution.
CyberAge
In the last decades of the 20th century the human race approached a new age described as Information age, Cyber age, Digital age, Knowledge age, Nano-Age.
New type od communication emerged – Cyberjargon, Cyberlingo, Cyberspeech, Cyberstyle, Software speak

Information society is often described as
Info is viewed as a raw material for a new paradigm, we have technologies not just information. Extensive and comprehensive effect of modern information technologies where information is a component of any activity which brings network logic, flexibility of a new paradigm, convergence of separate technologies into integrated systems.
Information gathering is a new guideline offered to any employee
The phenomenon of digital divide in the world based on access to Internet
Digital divide is a streaming of population in line with their participation in Internet communication depending on age, education, income, permanent residence, ethnic background
Information Technologies
Indisputable value and novelty of IT development lies in the creation of huge data blocks, virtual libraries, artificial intelligence development, high-tech overhaul of information exchange. As a result all meanings are represented by structures, networks consist of nodes and links (connections). Patterns of connections are of particular nature and importance reflecting notions and propositions, connectors – what is taken into account in the hypertext and w.w.w. (Залевская 2000, 61)
Modern people - computer-wise- view the world via computer and telecommunicaton systems. Search engines in virtual space have organizing, structurizing and system-creating nature. IT provide education, cognition, entertainment, communication
W.w.w is one of the most popular systems due to extensive information, ergonomic characteristics, economical characteristics.
In the middle of the 20th century a new trend of research emerged – communicativism connected with mass media growth, communication management, information exchange
Information within Cybernetics
Norman Wiener in his works offered a philosophical concept of information as a means/ basis of interaction of different systems. His major conclusion was that any living being exists and survives due to accumulation, storage, exchange and usage of information. Later on emerged theories about levels of information perception ( Mall) which take into account structure, composition, letters, characters, signs, sounds.
