  • Indisputable value and novelty of IT development lies in the creation of huge data blocks, virtual libraries, artificial intelligence development, high-tech overhaul of information exchange. As a result all meanings are represented by structures, networks consist of nodes and links (connections). Patterns of connections are of particular nature and importance reflecting notions and propositions, connectors – what is taken into account in the hypertext and w.w.w. (Залевская 2000, 61)

  • Information within Cybernetics

  • Norman Wiener in his works offered a philosophical concept of information as a means/ basis of interaction of different systems. His major conclusion was that any living being exists and survives due to accumulation, storage, exchange and usage of information. Later on emerged theories about levels of information perception ( Mall) which take into account structure, composition, letters, characters, signs, sounds.
