Injectiontiming
Thesystememploysasequential,four-cylinderindependentinjectiontype,usingthecrankshaftpositionsensor(signalgenerator)todeterminethepistonposition(injectiontimingandignitiontiming)andthecamshaftpositionsensortoidentifythecylinderduringoperation,andtheseinformationaresenttotheECM.Thismakesitpossibletoinjecttheoptimumvolumeoffuelinthebesttimingfortheengineoperatingconditions.
Whenthecrankshaftbeginstoturnatthetimeofstarting,theECMsendsthesignalstothefourinjectors,
#1,#2,#3and#4tohavetheminjectfuelsimultaneously.Fromthesecondturnonward,thesequentialfour-cylinderindependentinjectionoccursasexplainedabove.
