1.A choice and a substantiation of a method of automation of an enterprise

Automation is general complex of methods and measures aimed at decreasing human activities. There are 3 main stages of automation:

1)expertize –at this step, it’s necessary to perform analyzes of enterprise of organizational structure. It’s necessary to point out main necessities of our business. At this step it’s necessary to set a task of automation;

2)consulting-this step envolves optimization of business activities. At this step it’s necessary to make order in documentary, to work out with detailed plan of automation system imlementation;

3)formation of technical task and implementation- configuration of software and equipment,staff training.

There are two approaches of automation-part automation and complex automation. Part automation means that a company imlements several modules of required systems. Complex automation –we just install all modules at once. So, let’s comsider the disadvantages:

1)requires uge expenses at once;

2)time wasting;

3)requires precise planning.

According to this disadvantages I will choose step-by-step implementation. Because my company is not higly-technological and rapidly developed. And also I have not enough money for at once implementation. Also I cannot wait a long time , when all the system will implemented and will work conjunctionally.

2.The identification of the staff structure of an enterprise

There are two approaches to building staff structure-structure method and process method. Structure method is based on staff structure. In the case of planning of onformation system is aligned with a staff structure. So I wii use the structure method, because in a previous stage I choose step-by-step implementation.

I have an enterprise that have deal with production of metal details. The name of my eneteprise-“ICEBERG”. I have 1 general director , 4 –subdirectors and 11 different departments.

3. The determination budget and timetable of the enterprise

So, for the calculation of budget we will use next formula:

Budget(B)=LN-(LN*0,1)-(LN*0,1)-(LN*0,1)-(LN*0,1), where

LN-the level of net profit of the enterprise ,LN=10000000

Also consider here Amortization=10%=0,1, Stabilization fund=10%=0,1, Profit=10%=0,1,Future development=10%=0,1

Put all the values to formula and obtain next result:

Budget(B)= 10000000-(10000000*0,1)-( 10000000*0,1)-( 10000000*0,1)-( 10000000*0,1)=6000000 UAH

Next we must devide the budget on the ratio 80%/20%

80%-budget

20%-unexpected cases

B’=B*0,8

Put the numerical values

B’=6000000*0,8=4800000 UAH

20%=1200000 UAH

Cost of the system

Cs=B’*0,5

Put the values:

Cs=4800000*0,5=2400000 UAH

Consulting

Cons=0,3*Cs

Put the values

Cons=0,3*2400000=720000 UAH

Staff training

S=0,1*Cs

Put the values

S=0,1*2400000=240000 UAH

Implementation group sallary

IGS=B’-Cs-Cons-S

Put the values

IGS=4800000-2400000-720000-240000=1440000 UAH

Timetable

Implementation timetable is limited for 1 year

1-3 months-developing of automation plan

1-2 months-discussing the implementation plan

3-4 months-testing the system

2-3 months-implementation.

4.Forming the purpose of automation and selection criterions

Firstly, we use automation for decreasing of profit,also we use it for decreasing of number of workers, like a result of decreasing of number of workers, we save more money, because we pay less number of sallaries. Because of automation providing we increase our efficiency and productivity.

Criterions:

1)usability;

2)reliability;

3)effectiveness;

4)support;

5)portability;

6) functional characteristics:

a)the work environment(designers environment,software and technical elements,techological environment);

b)the fuctions oriented on life cycle steps( modeling, realization, testing);

c)main fuctions(documentation,configuration management,project management).

5. Formation of design group and defenition of its rights and obligations

The system is implemented by the group , including coordination committee, project manager, implementation group.

Coordination committee

Coordination committee should include persons, interesting in system implementation access, that persons must have authority but not enough time to participate the implementation group. The role of coordination committee is to support the project and control its implementation.

The project will be succesful if it is supported by top-manager. Coordination committee must meet at least once per month. Coordination committee may not have sense for small companies (less than 100 persons).

In my case Coordination Committee consists of General Director(Yarovenko Evgenia Aleksandrovna), he coordinates all the actions and projects of all enterprize. He collect all the workers 1 per month for the descussing of all main questions about enterprize.

Project manager

Project manager is person responsible for project progress. Project manager will do company representitive for equipment suppliers and consulting companies. Inereaction between implementation group and departments of the company must be carry with the help of project manager. The task of project manager is to steer progressive according to the opinion of Coordination committee. Project manager must spend 100 % of the time on project.

In my case I have such project managers : commercial director(Ivanov Ivan Pavlovich), technical director(Petrov Vasiliy Victorovich), manufacturing director (Terehov Pavel Konstantinovich), Chief accounting(Gudimova Maria Petrovna).

Commercial director(Ivanov Ivan Pavlovich) has 3 departments under his managing. He has deal with such things like material-technical supply, delivering of products and also wit h contracts.

Technical director(Petrov Vasiliy Victorovich) has 4 departments under is managing. He checks the quality of ready metal details.

Manufacturing director(Terehov Pavel Konstantinovich) has 3 departmecnts under his managing. He controls the process of metal details construction and also he has deal with the materials of production of metal details.

Chief accounting(Gudimova Maria Petrovna) has only 1 departmemt under her managing. She has deal with with income, profit, sallaries for workers.

Implementaton group

Implementation group is responsible to automation system implementation. Workgroup must include representativity for all the departments of the company involve in the system implementation.

My implementation group consists of 11 departments.

Contract department –this department has deal with the some documentaries, which my enterprise must sign( for example, on delivery, on production, on request).

Department of material-technical supply- this department must supply all the material and technical equipment. If the workers will have some problems on the production of metal materials, they must go to this department.

Service of delivery and autotransport-this depertment will have deal with the guaranties of delivery and sending of metal details. Also this department has deal with the autotransport that will drive the products to the point of destination.

Departmetnt of main tecnologist-here we can see just main techologist that control all technological part of productrion.

Department of main mechanic- here we can see just main mechanics that control all mechanical part of productrion.

Department of techical control-this department provide the technical control.

Constructure department-this department has deal with the construction of the metal details.

Warehouse- here saves all the material for the production of metal details.

Lathe-milling site-this department has deal with the lathing and milling..

Assembly section of metal-this department has deal with the metal material. It processes non-ready metal.

Accounting-this department has deal with some inocme, profit and also with sallaries.

  1. Finding best solution corresponding to company business model

  2. Identification of weak and straight size of depertment

  3. Taking a full responsibilities for area

  4. Attempt to all meetings

  5. Understanding of purposes and ways to achieve access area

  6. Identification of necessary additional software.
