Moscow is the capital of Russia. Moscow was founded by Prince Yuri Dolgorukiy in 1147 on the bank of the Moskva river where it is joined by the Neglinka.

Basil's Cathedral, the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts, the Bolshoy Theatre, beautiful squares and streets. Moscow is a transport center of Russia.

Moscow is a port of 5 seas.

Moscow is a center of political life in Russia.

The President and the Government work in Moscow.

Seasons

The place where the village is situated is very picturesque. There is a nice quiet river near the village. On the opposite bank of the river there is a forest.

For the first time I saw this forest in spring. It was a beautiful time of the year. Nature was awakening from the sleep. The weather was fine. The sky was blue, the sun shone brightly.

I like to walk in the forest in summer too. The forest is so thick, that you can always hide yourself in the shade there when it is too not. In summer there are a lot of mushrooms, berries and beautiful flowers in the forest. You can also meet a hare or a fox there. Birds sing their songs. In autumn the weather is not always the same. The frees in the forest are so nice. The air is so fresh.

But most of all I like to walk in the forest in winter. It is frosty. There is much snow on the roads, in the fidds, in the fields. The trees are white with snow too. The children like to play snowballs or make a snowman in the forest.
