2.1 Limitation of benefits

As it was mentioned, for the missing consumer goods, we need indirect economic benefits - resources. If resources were unlimited quantity, and all the benefits required to meet the needs of society, it would be produced in sufficient quantities. But resources are not sufficient to meet all needs, that is necessary for the production of goods. The limitations of goods depend on the limited resources which are used to create these benefits. If resources are limited absolutely, then the benefits of these resources, we can not make forever. For example, if oil is limited, and it is impossible to gasoline produce, when the oil runs out. In addition, the needs of the community are constantly growing, therefore, it will require more fuel. But it is possible that people can find another resource for fuel (meaning unknown at present), the reserves of which are less limited than oil reserves. If the resources are relatively limited, if they are capable of regeneration, then the number of the benefits of these resources will be relatively limited, and not absolute. Replacing old goods by new is happening in the process of reproduction. It is a process of constant repetition and resumption of production. In any society, the process of reproduction includes the following highlights:

1. Reproduction of material goods.

2. The reproduction of the labor force.

3. The reproduction of natural resources and the human environment.

4.Recreation of human relations arising in the manufacture, distribution, exchange and consumption.

Conclusions

The control work has been the problem of absolute and relative scarcity of resources and benefits. Resources are needed for the production of goods, so the amount of benefits is limited to the number of available resources. Exhaustible resources, so for the efficient production of goods should reflect on the problem of choice: how much to produce benefits from the resources available. It is clear that the resources of finite numbers can produce a finite number of benefits, but this number can be increased with the rational use of resources. Good lose their properties and no longer meet the public needs. They are replaced in the process of social reproduction. In order to reduce the need for benefits is necessary to develop the technology of their production in order to prolong their life. Solutions of the problem of limited resources in general are based on new technologies that save resources. The following conclusions are:

1. With a growing population needs in the benefits are increased; 2. resources are necessary for the production of goods ; 3. Resources are limited; 4. Limitation of benefits due to limited resources; 5. In the production of goods thee is always a problem of choice; 6. The optimal solution to the problem of choice is rational use of resources; 7. New technologies help to make rational use of resources; 8. Effective use of resources and the search for alternative resources allows you to transfer resources from the category of absolute limits in the category relatively limited.
