Nurse: Can I help you?

Patient: I think I have a fever. It’s so cold here.

N. Ok, let me check your forehead. Your temperature seems to be elevated. I’ll bring a thermometer to check.

P. How can I raise my bed? I don’t know how to use controls.

N. Here you are. Is that better?

P. Can I have another pillow? N. Certainly, here you are. Is there anything else I can do for you?

P. No, thank you. N. OK, I'll be right back with the thermometer.

P. Can you bring me another bottle of water, too?
