D. I’ll have to examine you. Physically the abdomen is rigid and there is tenderness. I am sure that you have acute appendicitis. It is necessary to remove your appendix. Do you agree?

P. I wish I could decide against surgery but if you recommend an immediate operation, I must agree. When shall I be admitted to the hospital?

D. The sooner, the better.

P. How long willI be there?

D. A week.

P. All right, Doctor I have made a decision, I will go to the hospital.

3. Translate sentences into your own language following the rules of Sequences of tences.
