Patient.-Good morning, doctor. Doctor.- Good morning, Mr. Akhmet. What's the matter with you? P.- Oh, Doctor, it's quite difficult to describe my condition! It seems to me that the things are very awful. I've got all the diseases you have ever met during your practice. May be I'm the first patient who will die during your consulting. First of all, I've got a horrible headache. It has been lasting since Saturday and it seems to me that it'll never be ended. Moreover I'm constantly coughing, I suspect I've caught a cold. I have a sore throat and I haven't been sleeping for the last 24 hours well. D-. Please, don't worry. I don’t think you will die here or somewhere else. I'll try to give a hand to you. Have you taken your temperature? P.- Of course, I have. It's 37.50 (thirty seven point five). D.- Well, let me see... Open your mouth... The things don't seem so bad as you think. You've really caught a cold: your headache, cough and insomnia are the direct aftereffects of it. The temperature is not very high, and your lungs are all right, but I'll prescribe you pills and tonic to gargle your throat. You have to take them four times a day during this week. Also I am sure that you've been rush down and you need to have a short rest. P.- Do you really think so? Maybe you're quite right, Doctor. I'll try to follow your advices, but as for my rest... Unfortunately I have no time at all. D.- But you'll have a nervous breakdown! P.- Well, I'm ready to make my will and prepare for a better world! D- Good luck, Mr. Akhmet. See you later. P.- In a better world? D.- No, no! Let's hope for the best!
