Dentist Office Assistant: Good morning, Beautiful Smile Dentistry, this is Pamela. How can I help you today? Patient: Good morning, I'd like to do a check-up.

A: Sure. Have you been to Beautiful Smile before?

P: Yes, I have. My last check-up was six and a half months ago.

A: Great. What is your name, please? P: Yes, of course, sorry. My name is Ron Wright.

A: Thank you Mr. Wright. Which dentist did you see on your last check-up? P: I'm not sure, really.

A: That's OK. Let me check your chart... Oh, Dr. Tan. P:Yes, that's right.

A: OK... Dr. Tan has time next Friday in the afternoon. P: Hmmm... that's not good. I've got a business. I need to leave the city. How about the week after that?

A: Yes, Dr. Tan has some time open. Would you like to suggest a time? P:Does he have anything open in the afternoon?

A: Yes, we could fix you in on Thursday, January 14th at 2.30 in the afternoon. P: Great. It sounds good.

A:OK, thank you for calling Mr. Wright, we'll see you next week. P:Thank you, bye.
