UNIT 6
Read & translate the text "Birthday Party at a Restaurant"
Next Sunday is my birthday. I'll be twenty-five. I'm going to invite my close friends to restaurant. I hope we'll have a nice supper party. I'll reserve a table in advance. We'll have a la carte and specialties: soft and red caviar, salmon, stuffed pike-perch, jellied tongue and vegetable salads. Roast duck with apples and sturgeon on a spit will follow appetizers. For a drink we are going to have champagne, vodka and special cranberry beverage. Strawberry ice-cream, black coffee, melon and peaches — for dessert. Young waiter Mikhailov will serve our table. We'll dance, talk and have a good time. I'm sure our supper-party will be a success and my guests will be pleased.
