Some people eat natural food they take a lot of vitamins. They are crazy counting calories and vitamins. There's nothing wrong with being healthy and keeping fit but with some people it's about a religion. As for me I like good food and I think most healthy food is really tasteless. Today cooking is quite an art. There are J great chefs, famous restaurants, thousand and thousands of cook clubs and millions of people who are proud of be­ing able to cook well.

You may think that the chief reason for cooking food is to make it taste better, Actually the changes cooking produces in food help us to digest it better. Cooked food also guards our health because the heat destroys parasites and bacteria which might cause us harm. Dairy — builds strong teeth and bones by providing calcium. Fruit and vegetables help you have healthy gums, good eyesight by providing vitamins A and C.

Food to calm you down

Everyone suffers from stress. The following 7 foods will not only help you to manage stress, but will also improve your general health, so that you're calm and serene, even in the midst of the chaos of your life.

BERRIES

Serotonin is your body's own stress-relieving chemical. So if you know you'll have a busy, high-pressure day, take a few moments to eat a bowl of porridge or muesli before you leave the house.
