Местоимения much (много) и little (мало) употребляются с неисчисляемыми существительными.
Местоимения many и much употребляются, как правило, в вопросительных и отрицательных предложениях.
В утвердительных предложениях many, much употребляются тогда, когда к ним есть определение, выраженное словами very, so, too или когда они являются в предложении подлежащим или определением к подлежащему.
В других случаях в утвердительных предложениях вместо many и much употребляются a lot (of), lots (of), plenty (of), a great deal (of).
