The present perfect continuous tense
I've been waiting for him for two hours.
Длительность действия указывается обстоятельствами типа for two hours (a week, three months, ten years), for a long time, all day, all day long, how long, а начало действия - оборотами с предлогом since (since 1990, since eight o'clock, since I came here, since childhood).
How long have you been studying English?
We've been living here since my birth.
I've been working in the garden all day long.
Present Perfect.
I've known Jack for five years.
Present Perfect Continuous образуется при помощи вспомогательного глагола to be в Present Perfect и причастия настоящего времени (Present Participle) основного глагола:
have/has been + Ving
