Самостоятельная подготовка к занятиям курса
Домашняя работа по изучению курса предполагает внеаудиторную работу, которая включает:
1. Подготовку к семинарским занятиям (ведение словаря, грамматического минимума)
2. Написание писем по предложенным темам
3. Разработка диалогов по образцам.
4. Выполнение лексических и грамматических тренировочных упражнений.
5. Прослушивание аудио материалов и выполнение соответствующих заданий
Чтение материалов учебника, или дополнительной литературы по заданной теме.
Перевод специальных текстов (см. Приложение)
Подготовку к текущим тестам, зачетам.
Эффективность обучения во многом зависит от правильной организации самостоятельной работы.
Работа с текстами, составление тематического глоссария по прочитанному тексту. Рекомендуется: неоднократно прочитать текст вслух, отработать технику чтения. Обратить внимание на чтение трудных слов (после текстов часто указываются трудные слова с транскрипцией). Составить тематический глоссарий по прочитанному тексту.
Выполнение различного рода коммуникативных упражнений по закреплению бизнес функций (переговоры, встречи, презентация, телефонные переговоры)
Рекомендуется: сначала записать коммуникативное высказывание (ответ на вопрос, пересказ текста, и др.) в письменной форме, затем отработать это высказывание в устной форме. Можно рекомендовать студентам записывать свой ответ дома на магнитофон с его последующим прослушиванием. При подготовке обратить внимание на формат, структуру, речевые клише для данной функции (формальный-неформальный стиль, процедура и структура общения и т.п.).
Написание делового письма
Для успешного овладения навыками письменной деловой речи важно следовать следующим рекомендациям:
- внимательно прочитайте задание
- определите вид письма
- найдите образец данного вида делового письма (в Интернете или в учебнике)
- вспомните структуру письма, оформление, речевые обороты, объем
- напишите деловое письмо, учитывая все основные требования
перечитайте свою работу, обращая внимание на содержание, логику изложения, формат письма, лексику и грамматику.
Примерные вопросы к зачету.
1) Аудирование текста/диалога. а) уметь найти интересующую информацию; б) уметь опровергнуть или подтвердить истинность/ложность высказывания; в) задать вопросы к тексту или ответить на них.
2) Чтение текста общей направленности. Перевод. Ответы на вопросы. Уметь определить наличие или отсутствие запрашиваемой информации, истинность или ложность утверждения.
3)Устная часть. Диалогическое/монологическое высказывание по одной из тем:
Meeting a foreigner.
Telephoning.
Company performance.
Arranging a meeting.
Making a complaint.
Making a presentation of a new brand.
4) Письменная часть. Написать сочинение по одной из тем:
Curriculum Vitae.
