Задание 12. Translate from Russian into English.

В соответствии с общепринятыми нормами делового общения, беседу ведет глава группы (делегации). Остальные помогают ему и получают слово только с его разрешения. Нельзя прерывать главу делегации во время беседы. За столом переговоров не место «особо­му мнению», каждый член группы должен придерживаться единой, заранее выработанной, стратегии и тактики. Ведущий и остальные участники должны быть внимательными и наблюдательными, кон­тролировать свои действия и поступки.

Простой способ расположить к себе собеседника — улыбка. Улыбайтесь, улыбка говорит: «Я рад Вас видеть». Не упускайте воз­можности сказать партнеру приятное. Похвала должна быть ис­кренней, иначе она станет лестью, которая производит отрицатель­ное впечатление.

Необходимо не только знать, что сказать, но и как сказать.

Каждая прошедшая беседа должна быть оформлена официаль­ной записью. Запись деловой беседы — чрезвычайно важный доку­мент. Ее может делать один из участвующих в беседе. Запись беседы должна быть лаконичной. Акцент делается на главной проблеме, которая обсуждалась.
