Translator is defined as a double language personality, because he organizes an interaction and communication of people with different languages and cultures. In this case people having different language competences can’t successfully interact with each other without Translator. So it means that a translator should have a special language communicative competence which includes not only language system knowledge: phonetics, lexis and stylistic but also social and cultural standards of speech behavior, communication experience. The double character of Translator’s communicative competence can be explained by presence of two language systems, by two speech behaviors and two national cultures and his communicative experience is based on communication with representatives of two different language communities.
The term “Culture” means in general a combination of spiritual and material values, created by people.
