Members who intend to leave on or before the last day of the conference are asked to give details of their departure dates on the information form.
Congress buses will be available during the morning to transport members and their luggage.
The host government will provide transportation for all participants from airport to hotels, to and from the conference center and to airport on departure.
Reservation for accommodation and meal must be made as indicated in the form.
Accommodation may be reserved on the campus in the halls of residence.
For those who prefer hotel accommodation there are suitable hotels close to the University.
The organizing committee regrets that it is not possible to arrange accommodation for single night.
Booking arrangements must be made directly with the hotel chosen.
Single rooms and some double rooms to share are available.
If, upon receipt, accommodation is fully booked, participants will receive immediate notification.
Residential accommodation is available at the University, the single or twin-bedded rooms.
Participants wishing to book rooms are requested to complete and return the registration form as quickly as possible.
Room service will include provision of soap, towels, bed-making and cleaning.
Participants are asked to indicate on the registration form whether they would be willing to share twin-bedded accommodation if rooms become limited.
It is regretted that no refunds can be made in respect of accommodation, if cancellations are received, since the organizers are required to guarantee members well in advance.

A social program will introduce registrants to cultural aspects of the host city and country and will also provide meaningful opportunities for registrants to become personally acquainted.
Tickets must be picked up by noon of the day preceding the tour.
Tour reservations received after Tuesday will be returned.
The society meeting registrants who wish to reserve ticket for any of the tours should complete the coupon and return it to the society as soon as possible; space is limited and early commitments must be made.
A conference banquet (dinner) will be held at 8p.m. on Wednesday. Tickets are available at a cost of...each inclusive of wine and a liqueur. Guests will be welcome. Dress will be informal.
As places are limited, participants wishing to attend the dinner are asked to indicate their requirements on the regist- ration form.
