14. Law of exponential growth of scientific information.

The materialized parameters and indicators of the scientific information increases exponentially with time. This law is a practical materialization of the theoretical law (3). The volume of scientific-technical information doubles every 10-15 years, that is each new generation of scientists is to obtain so much information, reveal and substantiate so many scientific facts as they were for all previous history of mankind development.
