Dear Mr. Mokshin,
Thank you for your prompt attention to our Order 678KM. We are favourably impressed by your efficiency and careful packing of our goods.
Please find attached hereto the shipping instructions to forward by rail carriage paid the consignment under the above Order.
We are now to forward from Luleo to Moscow a new consignment and it is imperative we meet the deadline, which is July 13, 20__.
We are prepared to pay the G.V. rate by train-ferry if absolutely necessary, to avoid delay.
If there is any likelihood of delay we would prefer to have goods carried by road and ship, and not depend on the railway. Please let us know the difference in cost by train-ferry via Stockholm/Tallinn and road-ship-road via Luleo/Helsinki.
Yours faithfully,
Jarve Kukkonen Jarve Kukkonen Sales Manager
