Передмова
Основною метою навчання студентів англійської мови в технічному вузі є досягнення ними рівня практичного володіння цією мовою, що означає формування вміння самостійно читати іноземні літературні джерела за своїм фахом з метою здобуття інформації. Головна мета даних методичних вказівок – активізувати і закріпити знання спеціальної лексики за фахом, закріпити навички безперекладного розуміння технічної літератури англійською мовою та вміння вибрати потрібну для роботи інформацію.
Тексти методичних вказівок виключно професійного спрямування. Граматичні вправи дають можливість закріпити граматичні навички.
Широке коло завдань забезпечують роботу в аудиторії, виконання домашніх завдань та підготовку студентів до заліку. Методичні вказівки з кожної теми конкретизують навчальну інформацію, що дозволяє значно поліпшити рівень самостійної роботи студентів і перевірити якість її засвоєння в процесі рішення навчальних завдань.
