Цель проекта: to reduce unnecessary costs and make sure that legal aid helps those who need it.

Задачи проекта:

1. To reform the administration of legal aid so that it targets the highest priority cases and those who need it most

2. To encourage the use of mediation to resolve disputes - this can be cheaper, quicker and less acrimonious than contested court proceedings

3. To introduce price competition in criminal legal aid, to ensure value for money and long-term sustainability

Использование в процессе проектной работы компетенций и субкомпетенции: socio-cultural competence, information-retrieval, analytical and predictive.

Возможные варианты решения поставленной проблемы:

6. The problems of combating illegal migration

Проблема: In Kazakhstan there are certain problems in the area of migration currently illegal migration poses a serious danger to the interests of Kazakhstan today, there has been a sharp rise in illegal migration according to Kazakhstani researcher E.Sadouskaya, the main reasons for this growth are the geopolitical, political and socio-economic.

Задачи проекта:

1. to establish or enhance the necessary frameworks for promoting and managing legal labor migration, 

2. to educate the public at large on migration issues both through direct public outreach activities and through advising governments. 

3. to prevent illegal migration, facilitate regular beneficial migration

4. to provide assistance on various aspects of migrant processing and integration.
