In the days before Space Age, astronomers learned to reason out an extraordinary amount of theories about the sun, primarily by studying the visible light that shines from it. These investigations were important for two principal reasons. First, the sun is the heart of the solar system; second, the sun is the only star near enough to permit reasonably close observation. For the reasons given above, modern astronomy research techniques were developed, modified and improved. These studies require a great variety of computational work, new instruments, let alone sound reasoning on the part of the space scientist, to further unravel the mysteries of the sun.

APPLY - частотные русские эквиваленты: обращаться с просьбой, подавать заявление; использовать, применять, употреблять; прикладывать, накладывать

He wants a job in which he can apply his foreign languages. Researchers have applied statistical methods developed by linguists. By the time I saw a job advertised it was already too late to apply. We've applied to a charitable organisation for a grant for the project. Those were old regulations - they don't apply any more. Apply the suntan cream every three hours and after swimming.

How many people does your company employ? We really need to employ someone as an assistant to help with all this paperwork. A somewhat different strategy was employed by F. The term "representation" is employed here in its general sense.

PROPERTY - частотные русские эквиваленты: собственность, имущество; свойство, качество.

There must be significant properties common to all languages. Experimental observations and theoretical calculations have been made to determine these thermodynamic properties. A better way to describe an infinite set is to indicate a property the members of the set share. The notice said:"Private Property, Keep Off." He has absolutely no respect for other people's property.
