Yes / no questions

 يتحول السؤال كالأتي :

1 – تحول " said " إلى " asked "

2 – تحذف الأقواس ونربط بــــــ" if & whether "

3 – يتم تحويل السؤال إلى جملة خبرية

4 – يتم تحويل الضمائر و الأزمنة كما ذكر قبل ذلك

 He said ," Are you playing football ?"

 He asked if I was playing football .

 Soha said ," Do you like fish , Ali ?"

 Soha asked Ali if he liked fish .

Wh – Questions

 يحول بنفس الخطوات السابقة ما عدا أن الربط يكون بنفس أداة الاستفهام

He said to them ," Where did you park your car "?

 He asked them where they had parked their car .

 He said , " How long will you stay here ?"

 He asked how long would I stay there .

يمكن استخدام كلمات أخرى غير Said " " مثل

Wanted to know – wondered – inquired – 'd like to know



ضمائر الوصل

Relative pronouns

لكي نربط جملتين باستخدام ضمائر الوصل نتبع الأتي :

1 – نبحث عن كلمة ( اسم / ضمير) في الجملة الأولى معادة في الجملة الثانية

2 – نحذف الكلمة المعادة و نضع مكانها ضمير الوصل المناسب

3 – نضع ضمير الوصل بكل جملته بعد السم الذي يعود عليه مباشرة

 

 يحل محل فاعل أو مفعول عاقل في الجملة الثانية
